Design Strategy Session

This 2 hour session is the first meeting before any project and initiates the design process. We will meet at your current home, or perspective job site, to discuss your priorities and explore your vision, scope, budget and timeline. LHH will answer your design questions, and create an action plan.

Or, this time can be used as informational session for the following:

  • Ideas on how to rearrange existing furniture

  • Furniture and accessorizing ideas that you can find on your own

  • Paint color consultation up to 3 rooms (for more, request pricing)

  • Staging to-do list for home sale

Within a week after the session, you will receive follow-up notes and cost ranges so you are prepared to move forward. We will then schedule a 1 hour virtual re-cap for questions about implementation. This high-value package will give you the professional guidance you need to confidently fulfill your vision.

Terms and Conditions

Because of LHH’s limited time and involvement, clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all furniture and material selections work within the space. 

  • Client is wholly responsible for all items purchased by the client.

  • LHH will do their best to refer quality tradespeople, but ultimately cannot be responsible for the workmanship of others.

TRAVEL- If your project is outside a 25 mile radius of Dixon, Illinois, a $60 surcharge will be added. If your project is outside a 45 mile radius, please contact LHH to discuss.

Custom Design Package

Are you ready to take the next step in the design process? Then LHH will create a custom design package for you. After we complete the initial design strategy session, we will delve deeper into your project. We will have a second on-site consultation where Lindsay will take photos and measurements of the space.

This package can be tailored to:

  • Kitchen and bathroom remodels

  • Space planning 

  • Finish and fixture selections

  • Furniture layout and selection

  • Area rug, window treatment and textile/accessory selection

  • Showroom visits/shopping project management

  • New home construction
